Birthday Shoot

This project was inspired by a glass chair I encountered at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which featured translucent layers and organza-like fabric seemingly floating within its structure. Captivated by its ethereal quality, I translated this concept into an outfit I designed for my birthday, incorporating sheer and reflective fabrics to evoke the same sense of lightness and depth. To further connect the garment to its muse, I integrated miniature chair motifs onto the coat, bridging the worlds of furniture design and fashion.
